Our organization is looking for an experienced and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications in an outpatient setting. This includes accurately filling prescriptions, verifying insurance information, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, and a commitment to providing quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions.
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about medications and their use.
- Maintain patient records and update them as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Prepare labels for prescriptions and other medications.
- Assist with billing and insurance processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
